Customer Relations Lead

Job Description

Hem is seeking a driven Customer Relations Lead to coordinate and build a passionate and knowledgeable Customer Team.

This full time position will report to the Executive Team and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

As Customer Relations Lead you will be responsible for all our customer interactions and will be responsible for implementing the Customer Relations Strategy across the organisation.

You will be required to independently and proactively plan, articulate and develop initiatives according to the company strategy as well as develop our distribution network. This includes managing and delegating both B2B and B2C customer cases, partly via our online channel.

As Customer Relations Lead you will

  • Build long-term productive and profitable working relationships with consumers, architects, interior designers, professional buyers and international partners.

  • Develop and follow up on tactics, processes and goals for the Customer Team.

  • Develop, train and aid the Customer Team in order to prioritize and improve the customer experience.

  • Work with product Design, Fulfillment, Marketing and Online teams to achieve company goals.

  • Participate in business reviews and revenue forecasting activities.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams, to ensure all B2B sales material are relevant and up to date.

  • Represent the business towards customers and partners at the Hem showroom, when visiting customers as well as at trade fairs and networking events.


  • Min. 3-5 years experience in a similar position and MUST HAVE experience from the furniture / design & architecture industry

  • Fully fluent in spoken and written English

  • You have a passion for design or art and are able to pass on this passion to your team

  • You have strong communication skills and work in a structured and efficient manner

  • You are results oriented

  • You are a committed and responsible person

  • You have the ability to work effectively under pressure

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • You are a “doer” and don't mind getting your hands dirty in a highly entrepreneurial environment
